Join us inside our gazebo rooftop—glowing with winter ambiance, the soft shimmer of bubble machines, and the warm energy of live music—for an evening of refined indulgence.

Experience eight exceptional sparkling wines, each paired with its own chef-crafted bite-size tapas, thoughtfully curated to complement the nuances of every pour. Guests will navigate through eight tasting pairings throughout the evening. All Curated by our exceptional chef and bar.

 Bubbles, beautifully balanced tapas, and the coastal elegance that defines Spain Wine Bar. To maintain the intimacy and quality of the evening, service will be guided—no buffet—ensuring every guest enjoys a curated tasting experience. A cash bar will be available for those who wish to sip beyond the bubbles.
