We’re
here for the guests. We’re here for the guests. We’re here for the guests. We do whatever it takes to make sure guests have a great time. We strike up conversations with people who are dining alone. We invite people to try things they’ve never had. We never
leave people waiting on hold. We don’t mind when people add guests to a party at the last minute. If a guest mentions she’d like a pumpkin spice latte, we run to the store and buy one for her. We notice when guests aren’t 100% satisfied...before they say something.
Tableside is where all our talk about making people happy meets reality. We bend the rules, jump through hoops, and do whatever it takes for the guest. We never say no.
