Spain Wine Bar owner pursuing French fine-dining restaurant at Cowboy Coast spot
Peter Elias, the owner of the Spain Wine Bar at the Cambria Hotel in downtown Ocean City, is creating two new local restaurants, both of which received liquor license approvals from the Worcester County Board of License Commissioners on Monday.
